Composite Autoclave Systems

Precisely regulated thermal and pressure closed-loop control for uniform, high-quality curing of carbon fibre and advanced composite components.

Engineered for Uniform, Repeatable Curing

YRPR designs and manufactures autoclave systems for the curing of carbon fibre and advanced thermoset composite components. Every system is built around tightly regulated closed-loop control of temperature, pressure and vacuum, delivering exceptional thermal uniformity and process repeatability from laboratory development through to full-scale production.

The family spans six size types: laboratory, small, medium, large and super-large autoclaves, plus microwave-assisted autoclaves for rapid-heating production. Complete auxiliary systems – gas storage, thermal oil heating, water cooling, compressed air and nitrogen supply – are engineered as turnkey scope. Working temperatures up to 500 °C, pressures up to 10 MPa and vacuum down to −0.099 MPa are available depending on configuration.
