Laboratory Autoclaves
Compact, high-precision composite curing systems for universities, institutes and R&D laboratories.
Overview
YRPR laboratory autoclaves bring production-grade control quality to the research bench. They serve universities, institute laboratories and material developers to qualify prepreg cure cycles, study process parameters and produce small composite test articles with the same regulated closed-loop control philosophy as our full-scale production systems.
The integrated, compact design is mounted on castors for easy positioning in crowded laboratory space. Optional nitrogen pressurisation and paperless recording make the system equally suitable for qualification testing and teaching demonstrations.
Key Features
- ≤ ±1 °C temperature control accuracy for process qualification work
- Compact integrated design on lockable castors
- Recipe-based cure cycle management with full data logging
- Optional vacuum regulation, nitrogen pressurisation and paperless recorder
- Same closed-loop control platform as production-scale YRPR autoclaves
- Comprehensive safety interlocks and alarm management
