Manufacturing Capability

From pressure-vessel fabrication to complete on-site installation and commissioning of very large autoclave systems.

Project Reference: On-Site Manufactured 5.2 m × 10 m Autoclave

A recent YRPR project demonstrates our large-system capability: an autoclave with a working diameter of 5,200 mm and length of 10,000 mm, designed for a 400 °C design temperature and 1.6 MPa design pressure, manufactured and commissioned directly at the customer’s site.

Project Timeline

SpecificationDetails
Design & procurementOne month of engineering; procurement of plates, heads and flange forgings; shell sections and flange heads welded and finish-machined, then transported to the customer site (approx. 4 months to site).
On-site shell fabricationOn-site shell fabrication and flange-to-shell welding, followed by hydrostatic testing (approx. 2 months).
Internal installationInternal installation: insulation, air-guide device, cooler and heater installation (approx. 2 months).
External workDoor installation, air inlet / exhaust, drain lines and vacuum valve assemblies (approx. 1 month).
Electrical & controlElectrical and control system installation and on-site wiring (approx. 1 month).
Commissioning & acceptanceWith power, water and gas in place: integrated commissioning and final acceptance (approx. 1 month), including the nitrogen source system.

Three-dimensional design models are prepared for every project, and the complete pressure vessel is delivered with full documentation and acceptance records.

Our Facility

YRPR operates purpose-built manufacturing halls for pressure vessel fabrication, machining, assembly and integrated testing – supported by tooling for large-diameter shell sections, door assemblies and control-system integration.
