Hot Bonders & Composite Repair
Portable, single- or dual-zone hot bonders for in-field bonded composite repair – 300 °C, integrated vacuum, full cure recording.
Overview
YRPR hot bonders bring regulated closed-loop temperature and vacuum control to repair work on aircraft structures, wind blades, marine laminates and other composite assets – wherever a full autoclave is not available. The complete control package – heater blanket, thermocouples and vacuum lines – travels in a single rugged case that one technician can carry to the tail dock, the blade shop or the field.
The multilingual touchscreen stores your repair programme library, allows on-the-fly parameter edits during a running cycle and keeps a permanent alarm history. Cure curves and logs export over USB for quality records, making the unit equally suitable for certified repair stations and first-line maintenance teams.
